HR departments using Odoo struggled to get non-desk employees (factory workers, drivers, field staff) to engage with the system. Web-based HR portals got low adoption because most employees don't sit at computers during their working day.

Our Approach
How we shipped
We built a mobile-first HR app connected to Odoo's HR modules — leave requests, payslips, attendance punches with geolocation, expense claims, and an announcements feed. Biometric login makes daily use frictionless; push notifications for approvals keep managers responsive.
